“Today” uses the scheduled date when saved, otherwise the requested date. All schedule and follow-up times use India time (IST). A request does not reserve a confirmed appointment slot.

Accounts & signed-in sessions
Owner manages Admin/Staff. Admin manages Staff. Active sessions remain signed in even when a browser is closed. “Seen recently” means activity within two minutes.
Signed-in devices (latest 100)
Advanced filters & export
CSV contains patient contact details. Download only when needed and keep it private. Maximum 1,000 matching records per export; administrative notes are excluded.
Add a phone / WhatsApp request
Enter details the patient provided. Do not add symptoms or medical records.
Manage request
Assigned staff is a workflow label; updates are recorded with the signed-in username. Follow-up reminders appear while this CRM is running.
